How long does a website take?
Essentials and Studio projects see a first draft within 7 to 14 days of the brief. We scope Flagship timelines individually when we listen.
Can I update the site myself?
On Studio and Flagship plans we add a CMS so you can edit content yourself. On every plan, we cover small content changes for you. Just ask.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Four things. Hosting keeps your site online, fast, and secure. Updates handle content changes as your business shifts. Support steps in when something needs attention. And you get a real person to contact directly, whenever you need one. No tickets, no call centre.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing sudden. Your site stays live for a 30-day buffer after a missed payment. There is never an instant switch-off. We reach out well before anything changes. And because you own the code and content, you can always pick back up or take everything with you.
