Feedback happens on a live preview link. Approval is a one-line reply.

The listening call
A relaxed conversation about your business: your customers, your seasons, what a good month looks like. You talk. We take notes. That’s the only meeting you need.

Direction preview
A private link showing type, colour, and structure. Not a mood board: the real direction, before we build a thing. You reply with what feels right.
Day 5
First pages, live
Your homepage takes shape on a private preview link you can open on any device, share with anyone, and check as often as you like.
Day 8
First revision round
We walk through the draft together. The words too: every headline is written for you, and we’ll rework any line until it sounds like your business.
Day 11
Second revision round
Refinements land. Details tighten. By now the site looks like nothing a template could produce, because none was used.
Day 14
Full first draft
Every page, drafted and connected, on your preview link. From here we polish, you approve, and we launch.
Reply to an email, or tell us on the preview link. That’s it. No tickets, no project tools, no logins. You deal with the same person from the first call to launch day and beyond, and you hear back within one business day. Every plan includes two full revision rounds per stage, and a request to fix our own miss never counts as a round.

Who owns the website once it's built?

How long does a website take?
Essentials and Studio projects see a first draft within 7 to 14 days of the brief. We scope Flagship timelines individually when we listen.
Can I update the site myself?
On Studio and Flagship plans we add a CMS so you can edit content yourself. On every plan, we cover small content changes for you. Just ask.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Four things. Hosting keeps your site online, fast, and secure. Updates handle content changes as your business shifts. Support steps in when something needs attention. And you get a real person to contact directly, whenever you need one. No tickets, no call centre. Updates cover up to four requests or two hours each month, which is more than most clients ever use.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing sudden. Your site stays live for a 30-day buffer after a missed payment. There is never an instant switch-off. We reach out well before anything changes. And because you own the code and content, you can always pick back up or take everything with you.
What happens after launch?
We don't ship and disappear. Every site includes care after launch: small refinements, content updates, and technical attention as your business grows.
Can you add bookings, ordering, or payments?
Yes. That's exactly what the Studio and Flagship plans are for. We build online bookings, order-ahead, and payments into your site when your business needs them.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Every stage (direction, design and copy, pre-launch) includes two full rounds of revisions, and most projects never need more. If you do, we quote the extra before we start. Reworking anything that misses your brief is on us and never counts as a round.
I already have a site on Squarespace or Wix. Can you move it?
Yes, and it’s painless. We rebuild it properly, move your content, preserve your search rankings with redirects, transfer your domain into your name, and switch overnight with zero downtime. You cancel the old platform only after your new site is live.
